Alfred H. Cooper, age 58 passed away Monday, December 3, 2018 at Community Hospice in Vidalia. He was born in Vidalia to Laymond Cooper and Joyce Galbreath Cooper. He married Valerie Kay Thompson on February 11, 2014. Alfred was an EMT for 15 years and was recently employed with RL Construction. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved photography.

Survived by his wife, Valerie Cooper;  father, Laymond Cooper; mother, Joyce Galbreath Cooper; children,  Julie (Justin) Heckel, Brianna (Branden) Sublett, Heather Landman and Zachary Landman; grandchildren, Riley, Justin “Bud”, Jesse, Cayden, Austin and Amelia; sister, Laura (Nick) Chambers; also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many cousins. Also surviving is his faithful, loving companion Lazyboy who brought much joy to him.
