Allen E. Paul

 Allen Eugene Paul passed away on August 12, 2024 at 5:42pm, at Memorial Satilla Hospital in Waycross GA after a brief illness. He was born December 28th, 1945 to the late Ralph and Melba (Shepard) Paul. Allen was born and raised in Illinois, but had lived many years in rural south Georgia with his wife Mary Paul. Allen and Mary spent 38 wonderful years together. Allen always seemed to have a smile on his face and those that knew him well said he gave the best hugs. Mr. Paul was preceded in death by his mother, Melba (Shepard) Paul, father, Ralph Paul and brother, Danny Paul.

Survivors include his loving wife, Mary (Jewell) Paul, a son, Scott Paul (Blackshear), daughter, Lacie Sherman (husband Jason), daughter, Nikki (Paul) Leggett (husband Chris). Mr. Allen has 5 grandchildren: Maykayla Thrift Paul, Mackenzie Leggett, Christopher Leggett Jr. , Kenny West and Caden West. Also his sisters, Connie (Paul) Miley, Cathy (Paul) Borgmann, Peggy (Paul) Pawson and many cousins and friends.  

Mr. Paul was known as a loving man and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Allen was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Waycross, GA. 

A memorial service will be held from 2:00pm-3:00pm on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Waycross, GA.
