Ann Marie (Corning) Ruggles

Ann Marie Ruggles, age 73 passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was a native of San Diego, California and had lived the past 14 years in Midway. Ann was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family. She was of the Lutheran Faith and was a paraprofessional with the Liberty County School System for 10 1/2 years. She loved frogs and collected many frog nick knacks and anything frog related. In her spare time, she loved sewing, crocheting making quilts and crafting.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Roger E. Ruggles of Midway; step-son, Edward Ruggles of Midway; brother, Robert Corning of Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, Naomi Bartlett and Grae (Alexzandria Slate) Bartlett all of Midway; great-grandson, Jax Masters of TX; numerous other relatives also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Ruggles family.
