Anna (Quinones) Findley

Reidsville/Dublin

Mrs. Anna Quinones Findley , age 89, passed away Friday, July 14, 2017 at Fairview Hospital in Dublin.  The New York native had lived in South Florida for many years before moving to Tattnall County in the early 80’s.  In 2012 she moved to Dublin to live with her son. In 2015 she became a resident of the James Place Assisted Living in Dublin.  She was a LPN for an Urologist and North Shore Hospital for many years.  While in Tattnall County Mrs. Ann worked at Roydon Wear and was a translator for the Tattnall County Court System.  She enjoyed making crafts and was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church in Dublin and was a former member of the Reidsville Baptist Church.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Ubaldo and Julia Quinones; husband, William Alfred “Dub” Findley and a sister, Evelyn Ramirez.

She is survived by her children, Ralph (Judi) Angulo of Dublin, Richard (Annie) Angulo of Pembroke Pines, FL, Lisa (Phil) Britton of Marietta, and Rosie (Walter) Dobson of Marietta; seven grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm on Wednesday July 19, 2017 at the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Thursday, July 20, 2017 from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with Dr. Chuck Jonas and Pastor Brad Ball officiating.  Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Angulo, Walter Dobson, Dylan Walden, Joey Wilkes, Ricky Angulo, and Phil Britton.

The family will be honored by floral tributes or memorials may be given to Reidsville Baptist Church or Bethsaida Baptist Church.
