Annie Rene (Hendrix) Anderson

Mrs. Annie “Rene” Anderson, age 80, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at the Tattnall Healthcare under the care of Bethany Hospice.  She grew up in Franklin, GA living most of her life in Reidsville.  She was a homemaker that loved to cook, tend to her flowers and go fishing.  Mrs. Rene was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Leroy Anderson; daughter in law, Becky Anderson and eight siblings.

She is survived by her children, Kay (Charles) Oge of Louisiana, Dean (Betty) Anderson, Danny Anderson, Nena Anderson, and Merrill (Ann) Anderson all of Reidsville; sister, Celia Hendrix of Florida; ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm on Monday from the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with the Reverend Ronald Warren officiating.  Interment will follow in the Anderson Family Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ronald Fowler, Rudy Fowler, Eddie Anderson, Bryan Williams, Mike Thompson and Bobby Cowart.
