Obituary

Anthony Avery Jackson, age 40 of Long County passed away Monday, October 10, 2011 at his residence. Anthony a.k.a.  as Amp was a native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where he attended Boyd Anderson High School before moving to Georgia in 1987. Amp was a great athlete, loved to entertain and he loved being in the company of his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Jackson; stepfather, Walter Jackson, Sr.; brother, Walter Jackson, Jr. and a sister, Andrea Alicia Jackson.

Survived by a brother, Ronnie Jackson of Macon. Three sisters, Sarah Mae Holding of Adrian, GA., Phyllis Rose Jackson of Ft. Lauderdale, FL., and Sherry Lynn Jackson of Jacksonville, FL.; also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncle.
