Arnold Leo Gabrielson, age 88 passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016 at his residence, surrounded by his loving children. The Inkster, Michigan native was formerly of Savannah, but had lived the past 32 years in Ellabell. He was a US Navy veteran serving in World War, II, worked with Southland Oil Corp. for many years and retired from Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. in 1992. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 67 Years, Naomi Belanger Gabrielson; brothers, Harold Gabrielson, Edward Gabrielson; grandson, Kevin Leo Collins; beloved son-in-law, Ronnie Collins.

He is survived by his children, Cary (Sharon) Gabrielson of Guyton, Richard Gabrielson of Topeka, KS., Christine Watson of Ellabel, Toni Collins of Pembroke; brother, Clarence Gabrielson of Dearborn MI; 8 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and other relatives.

The family extends a heartfelt thank you to his hospice caregivers, Donna, Betsy, Andi and Chaplain Ben Luoma for his visits with Dad.

Graveside services will be held 11:00am Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Greenwich Cemetery with Chaplain Ben Luoma officiating.
