Arthur Lee Rowland

Mr. Arthur L. Rowland age 72 passed away Sunday January 20, 2013 at Candler Hospital in Savannah. The Hazlehurst native had lived in Brunswick for twenty years, Hagan for fourteen years, moving to Collins fifteen years ago. He was a cabin maker employed with South Georgia Mill Works and loved to make china cabinets as a hobby. Arthur is preceded in death by his second wife, Martha Grace Rowland and his daughter, Theresa Ann Rowland.

He is survived by his sons, Newsome Rowland of Hagan, Arthur Lee Rowland II and Ronald Anthony Rowland both of Collins; step children, Deanna Daniel of Hazlehurst and Isom Cribbs of Florida; brother, Larry Rowland of Milledgeville; sister, Debra Thompson of Marietta; four grandchildren;five great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Tuesday from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00am Wednesday from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Brewton Cemetery in Hagan.
