Barbara Nell Archer

Barbara Nell Archer, 68 of Savannah passed away on Tuesday, April 11 ^th at Memorial Health University Center in Savannah after a long illness. Born in Savannah, Georgia April 8, 1949, she is preceded in death by her father, Edward Lennox, Sr. and mother Inell Hendrix Lennox of Savannah; sisters Johnnie Belinda Allen and Mary Agnes Walden, niece; Teresa Lennox Jaudon,  great- nephew Phillip DeWayne Jaudon and grandson, Caleb Hazzard. Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, and great- aunt to a family who will cherish her memory with love for her kindness and caring ways. She was also surrounded by friends who she loved dearly. Barbara was of the Christian Faith.

Barbara is survived by sons; Daniel Wallace Archer, Jr. of Savannah, Ga, Edward Wallace Archer of Rincon, Ga. and fiancée Gina Hazzard of Rincon, Ga., grandsons; Brandon and Jacob Archer of Bloomingdale, Ga., granddaughter, Raquel Hazzard of Rincon, brothers; Edward Lennox, Jr., of Rincon, Ga. and Eugene (Pam) Lennox of Rincon, Ga., sisters; Patricia Anne Jenkins of Wilmington Island, Ga., Sarah Elizabeth Lennox of Ellabell, Ga., Cynthia Denise (Roy) Cannon of Wilmington Island, Ga, Uncle Wallace Lennox of Chicago, Illinois, brother-in-law Larry Walden of Savannah, Ga., many nieces, nephews, great- nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

Memorial service will be on Saturday, April 22 at Central Christian Church, 6810 Skidaway Road, Savannah, Ga. 31406 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Chris Robinson and Pastor Lionel Marmolejo officiating. Graveside Service will follow at Lower Black Creek Cemetery on Black Creek Church Road, Ellabell, Georgia 31408.
