Benigno "Veni" Barrios

Benigno “Veni” Barrios, age 55 of Glennville passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Fresnillo Mexico on October 5, 1968 to Antonio Barrios and Esther Puente. He had lived in Glennville for the past 12 years and was of the Catholic Faith. In his spare time, he loved to dance, play with his dogs, talking to his brothers on the phone and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his wife, Elsa Garcia and his father.

He is survived by his children, Manuel Guadalupe Barrios of Mexico, Benigno Barrios, Jr. of Glennville, Alejandro Barrios (Biviana Vasquez) of Glennville, Carlos Barrios (Emily) of Glennville, Eli Carolina Louis (Greishard) of Germany, Andres Barrios of Glennville; mother, Esther Puente of Mexico;  brothers, Cleofas Barrios (Yolanda) of El Paso, Texas, Manuel Barrios (Elvia) of Arkansas, Carmelo Barrios (Alma) of Mexico; sisters, Ana Rosa Blanco (Ezequiel), Lurdes Barrios, Martha Topate (Evan) all of California; granddaughter, Destiny Barrios.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00pm on Monday, January 22, 2024 from the Chapel of Glennville Funeral Home with Father Vicente Terrazas officiating.

Services will conclude at the Chapel.
