Bennie Faye (Worley) Horne

Mrs. Bennie Faye Horne, age 63, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah.  The New Mexico native had lived in Georgia for the past forty years.  She loved playing the piano and singing in Church.  She dedicated her life to the service of the Lord.  A hairstylist by trade but her pride and joy was her family.  She was an active member of Greater Life Church in Lyons and was preceded in death by her husband, George “GW” Horne, in April of this year.

She is survived by her children, Anthony Leon Neal and Ashley Ray (Summer) Neal all of Covington; step children, Lori (Brad) Nowell and Darren Horne all of Dexter; brother, Ray (Marilyn) Worley of Jesup; sister, Linda  Worley (Gene) Price of Rincon; grandchildren, Cole and Liam Neal; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 13, 2015, with the funeral services to follow at 3:00pm from the Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with the Reverend Rick Jones officiating.  Interment will follow in the Bay Springs Freewill Baptist Church in Eastman.
