Mrs. Betty L. Crabb age 70 of Uvalda passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014 at the Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center surrounded by her family. The Jacksonville, FL native had lived in Florida most of her life moving to Uvalda twenty years ago. She was a homemaker and that loved taking care of her family and grandchildren. Mrs. Crabb was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Sara Bender; husbands, Charles White and Lanier Crabb; and a brother, Richard Barnes.

She is survived by her sons, Charles Robert White, Jr., Middleburg, Fl; William Dale (Renee) White, Reidsville; daughters, Betty Sue Hodges, Yule, Fl., Deborah Sheffield, St. Augustine, Fl., Trina (Butch) Shirey, Jacksonville, Fl. and Ashley (Leroy) Kubacki of Reidsville; sister, Donna Burney, Callahan Fl.; 11 grandchildren and 1 nephew.

The family will receive friends at the Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 beginning at 10:00am with the graveside funeral services to follow at 11:00am from the Reidsville City Cemetery with the Reverend Marc Foster officiating.
