Bobby Doyace Windham

Mr. Bobby D. Windham Sr., age 82 went home to be with Jesus Wednesday May 3, 2023.  He was born February 7, 1941 in Tampa, Florida to Doyace Grady and Juanita Hutcheson Windham.  He was a devoted and dedicated husband, father, son, and friend. He loved listening to Gospel music and Charles Stanley sermons.  He was a former police officer in Dublin and E. Dublin, Georgia and with his wife, was a house parent for the Georgia Baptist Children's Home.  He loved his family dearly and especially spending time with wife and grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Sandra Windham and a brother, D. Grady Windham, Jr.

He is survived by his children, Bobby (Jennifer) Windham, Jr. of Castle Rock, CO, Dara (Jerry) Geiger of Alpharetta, Shane (Alexis) Eason of Claxton, and Eric (Tara) Eason of Manassas; 7 grandchildren, Ryan and Blake Windham, Matt (Lennox Balog) and Ashleigh Geiger (Joe Kardish), Lane and Lee Eason, and Shaye Eason; 3 great grandchildren, Kayde, Kentley, and Kayton along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00pm on Friday, May 12, 2023, at the funeral home.  Graveside funeral services will be held 2:00pm Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Daisy.
