Burley Beasley, age 82 passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at his home in Glen Saint Mary, Florida. He was born on March 15, 1940 in Collins, Georgia to Roy and Lougenia Toler Beasley. Burley was a truck driver that loved being on the road.  After retirement, he took the role of BEST grandfather ever and loved his grandkids with everything in him. He signed them up for all the sports he could and traveled with them to every game played!   He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Phyllis Beasley of Glen Saint Mary, Florida;  daughter, Tammie Valdes (Carlos) of Glen Saint Mary, Florida; grandson, Chad Schroeer; granddaughters, Shana White(Shane) and Brooke Rhoden(Cody);  great grandchildren, Camden, Rhett, Haylie and Ameila; sister, Doris Strickland; nephews Greg, Tommy, Lonnie and Donnie Strickland and many other family members and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
