Calvin W. Rice, Jr. age 74, passed away Monday, July 14, 2014 at Pine Pointe Hospice Facility in Macon. He was kind and gentle man who loved astronomy and was a lover and caretaker of many cats.
He is survived by his sisters, Susan Pauldine of Tustin, California, Carol Ann Winterbottom of Austin, Texas; nieces, Dawn Cunningham of Corona, California, Lisa Fedak of Los Angeles, California, Christine Brandenburg of Maryland; nephew, Brant Winterbottom of Austin, Texas; 8 grand-nieces and nephews and other relatives also survive.
Services will be held at a later date.
Low Country Cremation Services and Burial is serving the Rice family.
