Carla M. James age 45 passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017. The Toombs County native had lived in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for many years before returning back to Reidsville. She had previously worked at the Big Flea Market in Myrtle Beach where she loved managing 12 booths. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Carl James and her great-grandparents, Harry and Susie James.

She is survived by her mother, Carline (Charles) Taylor of Reidsville; sister, Paula (Bobby) Copeland of Lyons; grandmother, Pauline James of Reidsville; uncle, Carl James, Jr. of Conyers; nieces, Ramsi Copeland and Raegan Biddle; nephew Cade Biddle.

Visitation will begin at 5:00pm Wednesday, March 29, 2017 with funeral services to follow at 7:00pm from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with the Reverend Michael Kennedy officiating. Burial will be private.

Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the James family.
