Charles "CJ" Darrell Skinner, Jr., age 27, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at Memorial Health Medical Center in Savannah after a sudden illness. He was a native of Florida and had lived in Glennville for most of his life. He was formerly employed with Onshore Outsourcing and was currently the photography manager for Nesmith Chevrolet. CJ enjoyed playing his video games and his passion was photography. In his spare time, he loved taking long drives in the country while stopping to take many photos along the way. He was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Skinner.

He is survived by his sisters, Melissa (Eusebio) Montoya of Glennville and Charlene (Keith) Gilbert of Ludowici; nieces and nephews, Shannon Carnley, Taylor Matejcik, Dustin (Hailey) Matejcik, Makayla Skinner, Kaylee Gilbert and Keith Gilbert, Jr.

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Funeral home.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm, Thursday, November 16, 2017 from the Chapel of Glennville Funeral Home. Burial will be private. Pallbearers will be Dustin Matejcik, Justin Hatfield, Josh Hatfield, Craige Ogarro, Jake Smith.

Glennville Funeral Home is serving the Skinner family.
