Cynthia “Cindy” Latrell Martin , age 39, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Center.  The Evans County native had lived in Claxton all of her life.  She was a 1994 graduate of Claxton High School and was the former night manager at the Midtown Inn.  She loved to go camping, fishing, and seeing about her nieces and nephews.  Cyndi was a member of Eastside Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her brother, Ricky Martin; paternal grandparents, Johnny Martin and Joanne Price; maternal grandmother, Jean Jones.

She is survived by her parents, Ricky (Sandra) Martin and Tammy Kirkland all of Claxton; fiancé, Archie Foxworth of Claxton; step children, Denesia Jones of Pembroke and Manford Bolluch of Savannah; siblings, Amy Kirkland, Tonya (Alphonso Reynolds) Kirkland all of Claxton, Gerry Rushing of Sylvania, Diane (Brian) Hagar of Rincon, April Rushing and Terri (Dale) Saylor all of Claxton, and Amanda (Jason Kennedy) Rush of Statesboro; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm on Friday from the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 3:00pm Saturday, October 10, 2015 from the Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory with the Pastor James Bradley and Dr. Matt Brady officiating.
