Damond Scott Lee

Damond Scott Lee, 56, of Statesboro, Georgia, died January 1, 2024, in his home.  He was born on June 9, 1967, to Otis Calvin Lee and Peggy V. Lee in Atlanta, Georgia. Scott graduated from Griffin High School in 1985 and was active in the ROTC. He was an avid artist and craftsman. He enjoyed exploring the World of Harry Potter with his children. If he wasn’t joking, he wasn’t having a good time.

He was preceded in death by his wife Paula Lee, father Otis Calvin Lee, and nephew Kory Lynn Brown.

Scott is survived by his mother Peggy V. Lee, children Taylor Blake Lee and husband Coty Patrick Lee, Rebekah Noel Waters and husband William Scott Waters, siblings Tonia Brown, Dustin Shane Lee, former spouse and mother of his children Laura Locke Holmes, and grand-puppies Leo Lee, Avi Lee, Teddy Waters, Bella Waters, Luna Waters, and Loki Waters.
