Daniel “Danny” Allen Tamosaitis, age 60 passed away February 16, 2018 at Candler Hospital. A native of Tybee (and several other places), Danny loved reading, travelling and helping others. He proudly served 15 years in the U.S. Navy, having achieved status of Chief. He never had any foes and everyone loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Algirdas K. Tamosaitis and Ruth Jacobs Tamosaitis.

He is survived by his sisters, Julianne T. Woo, Teresa J. (Mike) Kennedy and Rachel T. Malone; niece, Devin R. Woo; nephew, Mac Woo , as well as several friends and family members.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Memorial Park on Tybee Island.
