Danny F. Terry, Jr . age 42 passed away Tuesday October 29, 2013 at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton.  The Swainsboro native had lived in Vidalia for fourteen years moving to Hagan ten years ago. He was a Paramedic having worked for Toombs-Montgomery EMS, Wheeler County EMS, Tattnall County EMS, and was currently working for Evans County EMS.  Danny was also a Police Officer that had worked at Glenwood PD, Alamo PD, and for the past twelve years he has worked for Hagan Police Department.  Danny was also the co-owner of D & R Lawn Care and was a gun enthusiast.  He was a master mason and a member of Vidalia Baptist Temple.

He is survived by his wife, Rhiannon DeLoach Terry of Hagan; son, Scott Terry of Vidalia; father, Danny F. Terry of Swainsboro; mother, Linda (Salih) Zubcevic of Houston, TX, brother, Wesley (Heather) Terry of Alpharetta, GA; mother of his son, Dana Terry of Vidalia; mother-in-law, Charlotte DeLoach of Bellville; sister-in-law, Danielle (Michael) Rowan of Pooler; nieces, Claire and Emma Grayce Terry and Aubrey-Anna and Sheila Rowan.

Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Friday from the Reidsville Chapel.  Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Saturday, November 2, 2013 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with the Reverend Jeff Hensley officiating.  Interment will follow in the Swainsboro City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kerry Blocker, John Tucker, Brandon Wall, Walt Purcell, Barry Barnard, Andy Sikes, John North and Bob Daniel.  Honorary pallbearers will be all current and retired law enforcement officers and EMS personell.
