Diana Yeck

In Loving Memory of Diana L. (Thompson) Yeck 75, of Bulloch County Georgia, whom God called home on March 1, 2021 from Bryan County Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a wonderful, much loved mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister.

Diana was born February 17,1946 in Allegheny County, PA to the late Charles and Sarah (Caldwell) Thompson. She graduated from Mckees Rocks High School class of 1964. Diana went on to Nursing School where she received her nursing degree and pursued a career as a nurse this is when she met her husband George.

She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Springfield, Georgia.

Her interests included spending time with family, playing cards, bingo,  crossword puzzles, quilting and she loved putting together puzzles and framing them as well as making ceramics to give away to family and friends. She loved watching videos and was a Good Samaritan to everyone she met.

She was a dedicated homemaker for her husband and daughter. She was a loving mother and her daughter was her focus and passion.

She loved spending her time with family and her two grandsons who she loved to watch and thoroughly enjoyed. She also enjoyed the many trips with her family.

She married her beloved husband George who preceded her in death March 20, 2000.

Diana is survived by her daughter Tammy and husband Cameron Pierce, her two grandson Conner and wife Cheyenne Pierce, Cole Pierce,

Brothers and Sisters Kenneth, Patti, Sara, Richard, Ronald, Margaret, Ellen, Carol, the late Charles Jr. and late Raymond S. Thompson also survived

by many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Funeral 3:30pm Sunday. March 21, 2021 at Eastside Cemetery Statesboro, GA. Pastor Reland Morgan will be doing the service and music will be done by Brian McElveen and Cole Pierce.
