Donna C. (Connally) Middlebrooks

Donna Connally Middlebrooks, age 62 passed away, Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Pine Pointe Hospice. She was born on October 28, 1953 in Macon to the late Edwin W. Connally, Sr. and Mary Hickman Smith. Donna was preceded in death by a grandson, Jonathan M. Rozier. She was self employed.

Survivors include her children, Christy J. Rozier of Macon, Jonathan L. (Michelle) Rozier of Irwinton, and Ginger N. (Wade) Beard of Macon; brother, Edwin W. Connally, Jr. (Diane) of Macon; grandchildren, Ashley Rozier, Mary Rozier, Emily Rozier, Jon Rozier, Hannah Kemp, Rebecca Kemp, Joshua Bauer; great- grandchildren, Andrew Rozier-Wodkins, Kaelyn Kester and Zoey Kester.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 27, 2016 in the chapel at Pine Pointe Hospice, Macon, GA. Brother Freddie Hogg will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Rd, Macon, GA 31210 or charity of choice.
