Reidsville,
Mrs. Doris Edenfield, age 84 passed away Sunday June 9, 2013 at the Bethany Nursing Center in Vidalia. The Worth County native had lived in Reidsville most of her life. She was a homemaker that loved to crochet and read. Mrs. Edenfield was a member of Elza Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Vaughn Edenfield and a son, Wayne Edenfield.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Renae and Eddie Driggers of Hepzibath and Rhonda and Richard James of Reidsville; sisters, Betty Ruth Hobbs of Jacksonville, FL, Pauline James of Reidsville, and Pam Garrett of Vidalia; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Monday from the Reidsville Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Tuesday June 11, 2013 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with the Reverend Sherry Hill officiating. Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ashley Driggers, Rodney Driggers, Travis Edenfield, Lee Collins, Donavan Murray, and Harry Spikes
