Edna (Hutcheson) Graffagnino Dees

Edna “Skeet” H. Graffagnino Dees, age 88, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah. The Tattnall County native had lived in Collins most of her life. She worked many years as a nurse at Tattnall Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Dees attended Pine Grove Baptist Church of Reidsville and was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Betty Hutcheson; siblings, Frank Hutcheson, Jr, Valdorie Lynn, Bay, Red, Lloyd and Sammy Hutcheson.
She is survived by her children, Renee Rogers, Fran (Wayne) Jarriel, Joey Graffagnino, Carla Graffagnino, and Keith (Terri) Graffagnino all of Collins; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm on Monday from the funeral home. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00pm, Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from the Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory with the Reverend Danny Zorn officiating. Interment will follow in the Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
