Elizabeth "Carol" Harden

Elizabeth “Carol” Harden, age 56 of Normantown passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 after an extended illness. Ms. Harden had a passion like no other for her family and friends.  She was the glue that held our family together.  Her legacy will live on in all of those who knew her.  Ms.  Harden loved animals and she will be missed especially by her dog “Christmas”. She loved her ghost stories, loved flowers and poetry, but ultimately loved anything that brought her family together.

Ms. Harden was preceded in death by her parents, Willie “Calvin” Oliver and Dorothy Cook, and her husband, William Joel Harden.

Survived by her daughter, April (Jonathan) Smith of Collins, sons, Luke Goodwin and Justin (Chrissy) Goodwin all of Normantown.  She was Nana to twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Brothers, Bill (Josie) Oliver of Reidsville and David (Vee) Oliver of Normantown.

Funeral Service will be Private.
