Obituary
Elsie Alexander Sikes
, age 53 passed away Monday,
March 26, 2012 at her residence. The Claxton native had
lived in Tattnall County many years moving to Statesboro
six years ago. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Virgil C. and Mary
Lou Alexander.
She is survived by her sons, Jonathan D. Jenkins, Jr. and
David Jenkins both of Collins; Daughter, Beverly Jenkins of
Lyons; Fiance’, Doug Sipes of Statesboro; Sister, Winifred
Bryant of Jacksonville, FL; Three grandchildren, Cheyanne
Faith, Dylan and Katlyn Jenkins; Several nieces and nephews
also survive.
Visitation and Funeral Services
Visitation will begin 5:00pm on Thursday, March 29, 2012 with the funeral services to
follow at 7:00pm from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home.
Interment will be in the Collins Baptist Church Cemetery.
Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home, Reidsville Chapel
