Mrs. Eddie Faye Powell, age 65, passed away Monday, October 22, 2019 at the Tattnall Health Care under the care of Serenity Hospice.  She was born May 24, 1954 in Macon, GA to  Eddie and Bernice Powell.  She had lived in Hinesville most of her life until she moved to Reidsville.  She was a homemaker and loved to collect different types of trinkets.  Eddie Faye is precede in death by her parents; grandson, Michael Gay; brothers, Mike and Ronnie Floyd.

She is survived by her special friend, Carl Hamblin of Hinesville; son, Jamie (Sonja) Gay of Dublin; sister, Jeanie (Donnie) Gay of East Dublin; grandchildren, Danielle Fordham and Haleigh Gay; great grandchildren, Chloe McNair and Keely Fordham; several aunts, uncles, and cousin.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted 11:00am on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the Lister Cemetery in Chester, GA.  The family will receive friends beginning at 10:30am at the Cemetery.
