Fred Johnson

Mr. Fred Johnson age 72 passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at his residence under the care of Community Hospice.  The Tattnall County native had lived in Savannah most of his life moving to Vidalia a year ago.  He was a ceramic tile mason and loved to fish, hunt and build furniture.  He was of the Southern Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Johnson of Vidalia; children, Melissa (Art) Robinson and, Greg (Kim) Johnson all of Bloomingdale and Brian (Jessica) Johnson of Guyton; sisters, Frances Powell and Betty Jean Wilson both of Reidsville; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 1:00PM on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with the graveside service to follow at 2:00pm from the Reidsville City Cemetery with the Reverend Robert Ferrell officiating.
