Reidsville,
Mrs. Gail Jarriel King, age 67, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born in Lyons on June 26, 1954, to Clinton and Mary Jarriel and had lived in Tattnall County most of her life. After graduation from Reidsville High School, Gail explored many different career paths and was talented in each of her endeavors. In the past she was everything from a farmer to a nail technician, to a para-pro. Currently, she was employed with the Tattnall County School System as a bus monitor and on the weekend, she worked with the Georgia Ports Authority as a jockey truck driver. Although Gail was known as being a hard worker; her faith in God and her dedication to ministry was her crowning achievement. She was a steadfast member of Christian Life Fellowship Church in Cobbtown. Even though she was devoted to her church, if God called her to another church to expand her ministry; she would go at a moment’s notice. Dutiful in her labors, dedicated to her family, and devoted to her Lord; Gail will be deeply missed by all that knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jerry Jarriel, and a stepson, Eric King.
Left to cherish memories of a life well lived is her loving husband, Eddie King of Reidsville; children, Bryan (Sierra) Jarriel, Brook Jarriel all of Collins and John (Hannah) Jarriel of Cobbtown; step children, Dawn King, Eddie (Kimberly) King all of Reidsville and JoAnne (Andy) Lewis of Claxton; siblings, Patricia Blocker of Lyons, Larry (Melanie) Jarriel of Montgomery County, David (Patti) Jarriel of Virginia and Terrie Jarriel of Toombs County; 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Friday, August 13, 2021, from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with the Reverend Dan Harris and Brother Raul Manrique officiating. Interment will follow in the Little Flock Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Eddie King III, Elijah King, Lucas Juarez, Jeremiah Jarriel, Clinton Jarriel, Noel Losolla, and Joey Losolla
