Herman W. Crossan, 84, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. He was born to the late Phillip and Molly Crossan on July 8, 1932 in Kingston, West Virginia. Following 20 years of service in the U.S. Army, he worked with Bankers Life & Casualty. He was active in the Riverside United Methodist Church as a member of the Woodruff Sunday School Class. He was also an involved member of the Riverside Optimist Club.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Crossan; his children, Butch (Alicia) Crossan, Ann Crossan, and Mark (Lisa) Stewart, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 10:00am Saturday, March 18, 2017 in the RUMC Gathering Place. Memorial Services will follow at 11:00am from the Riverside United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Woodruff Class Scholarship Fund.
Low Country Cremation and Burial is serving the Crossan family.
