Hugh Saccente, age 86 passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Hospice of the Golden Isles. He was a native of New Jersey living there most of his life, moving to Florida in 1990 and spending the past 8 years in Brunswick. Hugh was a US Army veteran serving in the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Post #9, and the VFW Post #2558 in Brunswick. He was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed boating in his spare time.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Darlene Saccente; children, Christine Saccente of CA., Karol Morgan of TX, Allen Saccente and Michael Saccente both of NJ; step-sons, Robert (Teri) Krisinski, James (Lorraine) Krisinski, Mark Krisinksi; brother, Bob Saccente; 3 grandchildren and numerous other relatives also survive.

Memorial services will be held 10:00am Monday, August 15, 2016 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Brunswick.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles, 1692 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA. 31525.
