Ms. Irene McKinney , age 90, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017 at The Villas at Canterfield in Cumming surrounded by her family.  The Alabama native had lived in Collins most of her life.  She was a homemaker and a member of Rome Primitive Baptist Church.  She loved to read, cross stitching, taking walks, and cooking.  Ms. Irene deeply loved her family and will be greatly missed.  She is preceded in death by her parents, J.C. and Epsie Foster, husband, Sammy McKinney, and a son, Michael Fuller.

She is survived by her children, Norman Fuller of Iornwood, MI, Bobby (LeGay D.) Fuller of Glennville, Brenda (Chuck) Burford of Cumming, Lamar (Debbie) Fuller of Suwanee, and Robert (Jean) Fuller of Greensboro; daughter-in-law, Chie Fuller of Macon; ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm on Thursday, February 9, 2017 with the funeral services to follow at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with Elder Steve Flowers officiating.  Interment will follow in the Rome Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Marvin Fuller, Brian Fuller, David Fuller, Micah McLain, Kyle Fuller, Josh McLain, Andy Dean, and Stanton Jacobs.

Honorary pallbearers will be Shelley Guidry, Kelly Jacobs, and Kim Dean.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Rome Primitive Baptist Church, Post Office Box 3, Reidsville, GA 30453.
