Jacquelyn (Newton) McCall

Mrs. Jacquelyn N. McCall, age 102, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the Coastal Manor Nursing Home in Ludowici.  The Millen native had lived in Reidsville most of her life.  She was a homemaker and a member of Pearson’s Chapel United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed gardening, quilting, making clothes, and spending time with her grandchildren.  Mrs. McCall is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, John Quentin McCall.

She is survived by her children, Jan M. Rogers (John Baker) of Townsend, John V. (Sharon) McCall of Reidsville, and Jerrold A. McCall of Townsend; grandchildren, Wesley A. Rogers, Van McCall, Kenny (Heather) McCall and Stacy Moore; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted 10:00am Sunday, July 23, 2017 from the Reidsville City Cemetery with Mrs. Jan Rogers officiating.  Interment will follow.
