JAMES RONALD “RONNIE” KENNEDY

OBITUARY

James Ronald “Ronnie” Kennedy, age 68, of Reidsville, GA died on October, 21, 2013, at Ogeechee Area Hospice after an extended illness.  Mr. Kennedy was the son of Sallie Kennedy Parker and the late James Remer Kennedy.  He is preceded in death by his sister, Cindy Kennedy Durrence.  Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Patience Jenkins (Dwayne), of Statesboro GA; son Brian Kennedy (Sloan), of Statesboro, GA; son, Jim Kennedy (Kacey Gregory) of Mount Vernon, GA;  daughter, Jenny Kennedy (Felix Mercado) of Reidsville, GA; ten grandchildren; sister, Alicia Kennedy Speer (Bobby) of Glennville, GA, by nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.  Pallbearers will be David Rushing, Buck Hunter, Jimmy Clark, Tyler Speer, Brandon Waters, and Levi McMurtry.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 23, 2013 from 6p.m.-8p.m. at Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home in Reidsville, GA.  Funeral services will be conducted Thursday October 24, 2013 at 2p.m. from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with Reverend David Moxley officiating.  Interment will follow at Pine Grove Baptist Church.
