Jesse Edward Hutchinson, age 57, passed away Wednesday June 29, 2016 at his home. The Tattnall County native lived in Reidsville most of his life. He was formerly employed by Dawson Trucking Company where he worked as a dump truck driver. He was a loving and caring man that was always there for his family when they needed him, and in turn he was loved by everyone around him. Jesse is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Hutchinson, mother, Carolyn Gill and son, Jesse E. Hutchinson Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Madlyn Hutchinson of Reidsville; step father, Lester Gill of Jacksonville; sons Melvin (April) Hutchinson, and Tommy Hutchinson both of Jacksonville, Jesse (Jessica) Walker, and Nathan Walker of Reidsville; daughters, Betty (Donald) Layton of Reidsville, and Selena Hutchinson of Santa Clarita, CA; grandchildren Kennedy Hutchinson, Taylor Layton, Donald Layton, Emmalia Walker, and Jesse Walker.
