Joann (Kea) Jarriel

Mrs. Joann Jarriel, age 81, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Community Hospice Inpatient Center in Vidalia surrounded by her loving family.  She was a native of Emanuel County and had lived in Tattnall County most of her life.  Mrs. Joann was a homemaker and a member of the Reidsville Baptist Church.  She was also a member of the Red Hat Foxy Ladies and the Eastern Star.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Estus B. and Dell Kea and her husband, TP Jarriel.

Mrs. Joann is survived by her children, Sharon (Jeff) Blocker of Port Orange, FL, Don (Kay) Jarriel and Glenn (Theresa) Jarriel all of Reidsville; brother, Billy (Maryann) Kea of Enterprise, AL; eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at the Reidsville Baptist Church with the funeral services to follow at 2:00pm with Reverend Ray Sullivan officiating.  Interment will follow in the Reidsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Donald Jarriel, Devin Jarriel, Jeffery Blocker, Dustin Stanfield, Jaedin Jarriel, and Jimmy Todd.
