Mrs. Joyce Tompkins Johnson age 74 passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021 at her residence.  She was born in Savannah on May 31, 1947 to Bernard Clarence and Lorenza Alderman Kolinski and had lived in Chatham County most of her life until moving to Glennville 23 years ago.  She retired from United States Postal Service after many years of service.  Mrs. Joyce was an animal lover and would foster cats.  She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Kenneth Tompkins.

She is survived by her daughter, Amber Johnson of Glennville and a granddaughter, Veroniqua Johnson of Glennville.

Graveside services were held at Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah.
