Kathryn (Cannon) Green
June 16, 1929 — June 23, 2014
Collins
Mary Kathryn Green, age 85 of Collins passed away Monday,
June 23, 2014 at Community Hospice House in Vidalia. She was a
native of Collins and lived there all of her life. Mrs. Mary was a retired
seamstress, homemaker and attended Collins Full Gospel Church. She
was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Green.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Jarrell of Collins and Lanora Cranford (Dean) of Reidsville; brother, Jimmy Cannon (JoAnn) of Waycross; sister, Mae Sapp of Collins; grandchildren, Jennifer Gerrald of Nevils, Jimmy Jarrell (Charlotte), Michael Jarrell (Spring) all of Collins, Jay Cranford, Melissa Vinson (Tony) both of Lyons and Michael Cranford (Penny) of Reidsville; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be 6:00pm-8:00pm Wednesday, June 25, 2014 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00am, Thursday, June 26, 2014 from the Reidsville Chapel with Brother, Andrew Nelms officiating. Interment will follow
in the Anderson Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gary Kennedy, Jimmy
Jarrell, Michael Jarrell, Jay Cranford, Tommy Green and Michael Cranford.
Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Green family.
