Kathy (Wilson) Clark Harper

Kathy Wilson Clark Harper, age 59, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023 at her residence.  She was born in Claxton on September 8, 1963 to Jack and Bernie Wilds Wilson and had lived in Reidsville most of her life.  Kathy had retired after 22 years of service to the Department of Corrections as a Food Service Director.  She enjoyed going to the river, beach and riding four wheelers.  Kathy was an avid University of Georgia fan and was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Reidsville.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clint Harper; and her siblings, Jackie Barnard and Charles Wilson.

She is survived by her daughter, Ashley Austin of Reidsville; father of her daughter, Clarence Clark of Reidsville; brothers, Dale Wilson and Randy Wilson both of Reidsville; special family friend, Michael Spikes of Reidsville; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial.  Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm with Reverend Jeffery Barnard officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
