Kevin Case was a man of many passions. For over half his life, he worked in kitchens and restaurants; he loved turning failing kitchens around into something that ran smoothly. He loved going kayaking down rivers in his home state, especially with close friends and family. He was an avid music lover and could tell you many facts about various artists. Along with listening to music, he also played many instruments. As a teenager, he joined his high school’s marching band, The Marching Blue Devils.
Kevin Case was born in Charleston, SC on November 25, 1980 to Charles and Janice Case, who raised him to be a kind and generous man to all he met. As a child and young adult, he moved around a lot. When he was seven, his family moved to Statesboro, and he resided there until after his marriage to his wife, Anna Zirbel Case. After moving his new family around for a few years, in 2011 Kevin and Anna decided to move back to Statesboro and have lived there since.
Kevin Case was a man of faith, as he and his family are faithful members of The Church of Jesus Christ. He faithfully did his duties to his church and to his Heavenly Father. In the Church, they teach that family is important, and that families are forever. It is this sentiment that will help his loved ones say goodbye to him.
He was preceded in death by his beloved father, Charles Stanley Case.
He is survived by his wonderful wife, Anna Zirbel Case; his beloved mother, Janice Case, his brother, Chris (Dusty) and sister, Becky Case; his four incredible children - Harlie, Maddy, Keegan, and Richard Case, and many more close friends and family.
He was and is loved to this day by all those who knew him; he leaves behind fond memories and is now reunited with his father in Heaven and his Savior..
Details for the memorial will be announced later.
