Lane William Corbin, age 21, passed away Friday, October 2, 2020. He was born in Savannah on July 29, 1999 to Harvey Corbin and Ginger Owens. He had lived in Chatham and Coffee Counties most of his life. Lane had worked at several restaurants and loved to sing, dance, and had the unique ability to assembly anything. He is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Peggy McCoy and Eva Darlene Arnold.
He is survived by his parents, Harvey (Jessica) Corbin of Eden, GA and Ginger Owens of Cleveland, GA; siblings, Drew Whitehead and Alexis Corbin both of Cleveland; step sisters, Aleaha Herrington, Gabby Mingledorf, and Adrienne Watson all of Effingham County; grandfather, Robert Lerone (Hope) Owens; aunts and uncles, Jerry (Darian) Anderson of SC, Robert (Cindy) Owens of Vidalia, David (Macey) Owens of Vidalia, Lerone (Reagan) Owens of Savannah, Nikki (Derek) Warren of Brunswick, and Hunter Owens of Texas; niece, Payton Zorn and a nephew, Colt Zorn; several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Thursday, October 8, 2020 from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation. Graveside Funeral Service will be conducted 1:000pm Friday, October 9, 2020 at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens with Rev. Steve Hardeman officiating.
