Latrell (McCumbers) Stepp

Mrs. Latrell McCumbers Stepp age 72 passed away Monday February 25, 2013 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.  The Jacksonville, FL native had lived in Reidsville for the last nine years.  She was a homemaker, loving wife and mother of four children and one step child.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Stepp, father, Clayton McCumbers; mother, Iris M. Keen McCumbers; brother, Clayton T. “Buddy”  McCumbers; grandson, James T. Pearson; great grandson, Isaiah Wilson.

She is survived by her children, Darlene Duty of Canal Winchester, Ohio, Arville Robinette Jr. of Columbus, OH, Shirley (Marty) Fawley of Columbus, OH, Linda K. Woodcock of Brooklet; step daughter, Opal Robinette of Marion, OH;  sister, Shirley (Buddy) Renfro of Gainesville, FL; brother, Jerry (Sheila) McCumbers of Middleburg, FL; eighteen grandchildren, five step grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren; four step grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends 2:00pm to 3:45pm Saturday, March 2, 2013 from the Reidsville Church of God with the services to follow at 4:00pm with the Reverend William Prince and Sister Gunn officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sunlight Cemetery in Cobbtown.

Pallbearers will be Cole Woods, Jeff Bearden, Blake Fawley, Dale Whitesel, Robert Roesky, Kyle Duty, Brandon Robinette and Ryan Robinette
