Laurie Edgar Seckinger

Laurie Edgar (Eddie) Seckinger, age 63, passed away  June 16, 2019 at Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Savannah after suffering a long illness.  He enjoyed, Nascar, Horses, Hunting and spending time with his faithful companion Bear.  He was a trucker working in and out of the ports and over the road most of his life, until his illness forced him to retire early.  He was a member of the Springfield Unit of the National Guard for a number of years.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda (Jon) Braswell, Jacksonville Fl., his mother, Ruth A Seckinger, a sister, Carol S. Pigg, both of Rincon and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held, Thursday June 27 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Rincon First Baptist Church.  Burial will be private.
