Lewis “Bubby” Walter Mandley, Jr. age 54 of Waldorf, Maryland, passed away May 23, 2018 peacefully at home surrounded by family. He was born September 19, 1963 to Lewis and Phyllis (Butler) Mandley. Bubby had a passion for “Moving the Earth” with Mandley Excavating Company Inc.  in his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He was preceded in passing by his brother-in-law, Charles Hoyle.

He is survived by his children, Anthony Ray Foks, Amber Michelle (Jason) Kidwell, Lewis Walter Mandley, III, and his beloved dog, Brandy Mandley; grandchildren, Jason Lynn Kidwell Jr., Brayden Lynn Kidwell and Kennedy Lynn Kidwell; parents, Lewis and Phyllis Mandley; his sisters, Theresa (Jim) Keiser, Leslie (Gary) Nimmerrichter, and Dawn Hoyle; also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

The family will be having a Celebration of life ceremony to share stories and celebrate Bubby’s life from 11:00am to 2:00pm on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Calvary United Methodist Church Hall, 3235 Leonardtown Rd. Waldorf, MD.
