Lillie Rose Austin

Lillie Rose Austin, age 89 passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Meadows Regional Medical Center. She was born to Juadine and Dewitt Austin in Greenwood, Mississippi on January 24, 1926. She was preceded in death by her son, Alonzo Austin and her sister, Marguerite Evans.

She is survived by her great-niece, Constance Evans (Lorenzo) Patterson; great-great nieces, Elegance Peppers, Intrigue Peppers and Zanillia Bacon; great-great nephews, Quinlin Hogan and Michael Hogan; great-great-great nephews, Ethan Hogan, Terell Bacon and Zyler Hogan; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held 12:00 P.M., Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the family home, 104 Jim Roe Hightower Road in Collins.
