Glennville
Linda Carol Carnet, age 65 passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at her residence. The West Virginia native had lived in Glennville for the past 30 years. Linda was of the Baptist faith, a homemaker who enjoyed making dream catchers and collecting Native American Pow-Wow baby dolls. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Marion Mooney; husband, Jesus Carnet and her grandson, Justin Lee Walker.
She is survived by her children, Nedia Daniel of Dublin, Nieves (Joseph) Blocker of Glennville, Lyndita Carnet of Glennville, Jesus Carnet of Arizona; siblings, Loretta Petrella of Glennville, Patricia Mooney of Tennessee, Christina Blevins of West Virginia, George Frank Mooney of West Virginia, Pamela Ashley of Glennville, Angela Cox of Washington, Nova Reed of Glennville; 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm, Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Low Country Cremation Services and Burial. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00pm, Wednesday, April 6, 2016 from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation Services and Burial with the Reverend Brad Pickrin officiating. Interment will follow in Glennville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Steven Kicklighter, Christopher Carnet, Nolan Daniel, Dalton Daniel, Ken Padgett, Ryan Padgett.
