Linda Sue Stanfield Cathcart
, age 57 passed away Monday,
September 27, 2010 at the Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta.
The Florida native had lived in Collins for the past twenty three
years. She was a homemaker and loved to read.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Cecil McMurtry of
Collins. Daughters, Paula Ricks and Sandra Cathcart both of
Collins. Brothers, William Paul Stanfield of Collins, Eddie Dean
Stanfield of Ludowici. Sister, Sally Diaz of Collins. Ten grandchildren,
one great-grandson, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services and Visitation
Memorial funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm Saturday,
October 2, 2010 from Twin Oaks Baptist Church.
