Linda Laverne (Todd) Long

Reidsville

Linda Laverne (Todd) Long , lovingly referred to as “Na-Na” by her family, passed away on Monday,  July 1 2013 at Jeff Davis Hospital in Hazlehurst after an extended illness. She is preceded in death by her parents, J.C. Todd and Edna Mae Dinkins Todd of Reidsville.  Linda was a long time member of Stoney Hill Baptist Church.  During her professional career she was a civil servant at Ft. Stewart working for the Department of Labor.

Mrs. Long is survived by her husband Randy Marshall Long of Reidsville, son Todd Oliver of Reidsville, daughters Daphne Oliver, formerly of Tattnall County, Shannon (Andre) Oliver Melville of Townsend, and Dana Oliver of Alma.  In addition, she has 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm on Thursday July 4 2013 at the Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home, Reidsville Chapel.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday July 5, 2013 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with interment at Rome Baptist Church Cemetery .
