Lisa Ann Blocker

Lisa Ann Blocker, age 52, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Memorial Health in Savannah.  She was born in Claxton on April 21, 1969 to Wayne and Linda Sue Salter Blocker. Lisa had lived in Glennville all of her life and was a homemaker.  She enjoyed dancing, fishing, shopping and talking on the phone.  She attended Glennville First United Pentecostal Church and is preceded in death by her mother.

She is survived by her father, Wayne Blocker of Glennville; her companion, Jose S. "Jordan" Embriz Avila of Glennville; step mother, Lisa Blocker of Glennville; siblings, Charlene Blocker, Samantha (Scotty) Hinson, Richard Blocker, Stacy (Michael) Canady, Crystal Blocker and Ashley Blocker all of Glennville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the funeral home.  Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am on Wednesday from the Chapel of the Glennville Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Glennville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Scotty Hinson, Michael Canady, Robert Stanfield, Gustavo Garcia, Brandon Christianson, and Earl Blocker.
